A month-to-month training program; best for athletes who are not willing to commit to training for longer than five months. Get full coach access and plan adjustments as often as needed, based on your race schedule, goals, and life events that. Recommended for athletes who already have a solid training base and would like to try personal coaching, but are not quite sure they can commit to working with a coach year-long.

Starting at: $40/ month
For the self-sufficient athlete: You will receive a 16-week ($170) or 20-week ($200) custom training plan developed just for you and your race goals. A private Facebook group will allow you to ask general questions and get coaching or running advice, but you will be self-sufficient as a coach will not be able to monitor or provide feedback on your training day to day. Best for athletes who have a solid training base, know what they are doing and do not want to receive ongoing input from a coach.
